North County Artist Association
The North County Artist Association (NCAA) meets on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Lighthouse Center School of Art on Seabrook Road in Tequesta. Demonstrations in various media are given at each meeting. In addition, the Association displays work throughout the year in various town halls, banks, restaurants and other public spaces.

Founded in early 2008, by Debra Hawthorne the Art Alliance of Jupiter was established to create an outlet where local artists of all mediums could come together to help support each other and find new ways of promoting themselves and their artwork. For aspiring and experienced artists alike, the Art Alliance of Jupiter is dedicated to encouraging these local artists in their artistic endeavors and to increasing public awareness of the many talented artists of Jupiter.

As early as 1921, area artists were meeting in private homes to study, sketch and practice the fine arts. This group called the Palm Beach Art League, grew to the extent that deemed advisable to seperate into sixteen satellite units. Only two of these survived; the Palm Beach unit, later called the Norton Gallery, and the Lake Worth Art League founded on January 6 1941 with thirty members.
The is a non-profit educational organization established to (1) further the studies of arts and their development, and (2) enhance the cultral life of the City of Lake WOrth, it's members, and neighboring communities.
