COLOR QUESTIONS:
Can the color be guaranteed?

It is recommended that a color match proof is ordered or that our color safe key is utilized which will allow you to have a reasonable expectation of color output. Although it is impossible to definitively match a given color, these colors are considered safe and less susceptible to large shifts in appearance.

If I'm re ordering can the color be the same as the last time?
It is not possible that the colors can be matched perfectly from job to job. If you use our safe color key, the color will be much more predictable to the color you intend.

Will the same colors vary in output when printed on different paper stocks?
It is possible that the same colors may vary as light hits the different coatings and materials and our eyes are presented with variations of the color.

Why does the final print job look different from how it looked on my monitor?
When viewing artwork on a monitor you are viewing in RGB which is Red / Green / Blue gamut. Printing is done in CMYK - Cyan / Magenta / Yellow / Black. Please prepare your files in CMYK mode in your photo editor to get a better understanding of setting up your colors. For best printing results click here.

Can I print using CMYK and match a PMS color?
Usually it is not a good idea because PMS color match books use a different color formula to produce ink, therefore the color cannot be exact.

ORDER QUESTIONS:

What is your time cut-off?
12 pm (PST). All orders placed after 12:00 pm will count as the next business day. If the order is late but you would like it to count as the same business day, contact us by phone in order to get approval by a production manager.

Can my order get done early without paying a rush charge?

In order to guarantee your job by a certain date, a rush fee is necessary. Without a rush fee your job can possibly ship prior to the finish date, but there is no guarantee that it will be early.

Can I place an order by phone or by email?
Ordering online is highly recommended, except for custom orders-Call 1-866-500-8383

Can I cancel the order?
If the print job has not been started it may be possible to cancel the order. The order will need to be cancelled by the same business day to avoid receiving a cancellation fee.
* If the order has been placed and goes over one business day and the printing process has not been started then you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee and 3% credit card return fee. * If the print job has been started only the shipping charge can be credit towards your next order.
Can I change the shipment type after a place an order? NO

FILE QUESTIONS:

What happens if I create the wrong canvas size compared to the size of what I actually ordered, what do you guys usually do?

Given a minor difference in size, our staff will adjust to the size ordered. If the difference is too large, you will be notified and asked to resubmit your artwork. If a response is not received in 8 hours, we have the right to print the artwork as is.

What if the files I submitted are in RGB?
All artwork is required to be submitted in CMYK. All RGB artwork will automatically be converted. Color shift may occur and we cannot be held responsible for any color shifts. For best printing results click here.
CAUTION: Your color will change, so please use CMYK mode to create your artwork.

What if my files are submitted without any bleed?
The output is your responsiblity. The job may not look the way you intended and text left around the edges may be cut off.

Do you calibrate the color?
NO

I would like to follow your file requirement standards but how can I get that info?
You can take a look at our file set up guide and use our file templates within our website. If you have any questions, contact us at 1-866-500-8383 for technical support.
